Once a user joins a 3D scene, the Dashboard serves as a central hub to help navigate the scene, add/interact with objects, and communicate with other users.
The Dashboard is composed of two elements:

The Tool Panel can be minimized at anytime.

In mobile (iOS) and PC, the Dashboard is always visible on the screen.

For HMDs, the Dashboard is accessible via the “Watch” on the wrist of the left hand of the user’s avatar.

While navigating the scene (Teleport, Rope Climb, etc.), the Dashboard remains at its last interaction point. To reposition the menu comfortably, press the Watch Face twice—once to deactivate and once to activate—and it will appear directly in front of you.
